Tsumino

When you’ve seen as much porn as I have, you can tell when a porn site is either just thirsty for cash, or whether it really cares about your fapping experience.

Tsumino is the latter. Tsumino is a sex doujin site that truly cares about you getting your best nut, and it shows in their huge collection, lack of ads, and great search/tag system to help you bust. A dedicated staff and loyal community keeps the site in check.

Tsumino boasts thousands of doujins from over 3,000 artists, and aims to be “the last doujin reading website you’ll ever see.” So far, Tsumino looks like it’s on the right track, as it’s one of the smoothest and most hassle-free porn sites I’ve had the pleasure of fapping to.

There’s plenty of Rule 34 to enjoy, but its limited to anime style doujins. You won’t find any Family Guy or Marvel shit here (unless it’s in an anime art-style). What you will find includes doujins for One Piece, Naruto, Final Fantasy, and all the other anime series you know and love. I’m talking thousands of series.

Searching is done through a standard tag system, and doujins have up to a dozen or so tags like x-ray, virginity, pantyhose, and hairy, to find your special kinks. Tsumino also has an experimental “Filter Out” option that lets you blacklist tags or doujins you already read out of your search results.

Tsumino also has a nice little anime video section also. This is a new section that Tsumino admits can be extremely buggy, but all I found was high-quality streams with no hassle or bullshit. The uploads are a little out of date, but you’ll find 720p streams that are super reliable with English subs.

This site was run for a long time completely ad-free, funded entirely by the staff and community. Since late 2017, they started trickling in some ads, currently using pop-under Nutaku and banner ads to help fund the site. I can’t hate on Tsumino because they listened really carefully to their fans about what ads they implement and have discontinued ad networks in the past after negative response.

In general, Tsumino has a great community that seems to be growing all the time. The site has an active forum and Discord where the staff talk to their fans regularly, tweaking and updating the site with lots of community input.

Concentrate on Pussy, not closing ads

Tsumino has a nice and breezy layout that’s responsive, clear, and devoid of bullshit. When you first enter the site, you’ll see a gallery of the latest updates. You can mouse over the thumbnails to get the title, which you can also read underneath each thumbnail. At the top and bottom of the page are some banner ads, but they’re easy to ignore. Click on a title to go to the doujin’s page. You’ll get the basics like Title, Uploader, # of pages, and rating. You’ll also see the list of tags, with each tag clickable for easy searching.

The doujin’s thumbnail gallery will be below. You can click on any page to expand the image, and then click on Next or Previous page for reading. Unfortunately, I didn’t find any easy way to download chapters all at once.

You’ll also see tabs for comments as well as related content. Pretty standard fare you’ll find on most doujin sites.

At the top of the gallery is the main search bar. You can start tossing in tags to get your porn, but there are also buttons on the right to make your search smarter. The settings let you organize the gallery through other options like rating, pages, views, etc. Other filtering options include length requirements and minimum rating. The doujins at Tsumino have pretty solid ratings, so it may be worth filtering out the 1- and 2-star comics.

The Advanced Search lets you sort out excluded tags from your search. For example, if you want to avoid shota, check the Exclude button and then type Shota and press enter. The red box means the tag is excluded, while green box means it will be included. The main links at the top include Browse, Videos, Forum, Random, and Chat. The Browse link lets you explore the porn via tag or title. There’s also a Definitions section where you can read explanations for all the tags.

For example, do you know what Randoseru is? It’s apparently some kind of backpack worn by schoolchildren. Tsumino warns you that this tag must only be used if they are wearing one while having sex.

Really makes you think… Tsumino has a very underrated video section. It works similarly to the doujins, with a nice big gallery to browse. Videos can also be downloaded by right-clicking on the video player.

What I Like

Tsumino is a doujin site that tries hard to do right by your fapping experience. In four years, they’ve collected about 35,000 doujins for you to fap to, with all of them being English translated and fairly high quality.

For doujins with multiple chapters, the series is conveniently grouped into a “collection”, making it easy to read through without searching for each individual chapter.

The Rule 34 is well represented here, with thousands of series. All the main anime series like Bleach, One Piece, and Fate have hundreds of doujins, but there are plenty of lesser-known animes as well.

You won’t find any Western-style Rule 34 here, but I won’t knock Tsumino for this since their focus is anime. There’s also plenty of videogame Rule 34, including Street Fighter, Resident Evil, and Final Fantasy.

The ads are as respectful as possible, although they have increased over time. What used to be a Patreon-supported completely ad-free site now puts up a few banner ads around the pages and the occasional pop-under, ever since the Patreon was shut down for whatever reason. I can’t hate on these ads because I know Tsumino worked hard to minimize them. The forums show a long discussion about the ads and how to fund the site, and the porn fans of this site seem more than willing to donate if possible.

The blacklist tags feature is great and a lot easier to use than sites like Gelbooru. Tsumino strikes a good balance between giving the basic search vs. giving additional options like excluded tags and sorting options.

Finally, Tsumino has a great video section. The videos aren’t the most plentiful or up to date, but the stream is high quality, reliable, and in-house. I wish all hentai video sites had this kind of set up.

What I hate

Tsumino has had its share of problems in the past when it comes to copyrights and funding. One big missing piece for Tsumino is that they don’t have comics from Fakku. Tsumino went through a “purge” of copyrighted content that really hurt its selection.

The doujin viewer for Tsumino also lacks List View support. You’ll be clicking page by page for the doujin, which isn’t my preferred method of viewing, but I think it’s because Tsumino serves up really high-quality images.

Tsumino also doesn’t serve download links for its content. I’m not sure if this is a temporarily maintenance thing, but it looks like you’ll have to save images page by page if you want it in your hard drive. The videos can be downloaded by right-clicking on the video player and saving the VLC file.

Overall, Tsumino is one of the best doujin sites I’ve seen, with a very passionate staff that works tirelessly to give you the best fap possible.

It’s created a loyal and dedicated (if not demanding) community that supports and pushes the site to greater heights constantly, with the admins always prioritizing user experience and fappability over money.

Tsumino has had its share of problems. Patreon shut down, DMCA content takedowns, and frustrated staff have led to the site’s current iteration where there are ads, but it’s forgiven since I know they keep it as light as possible.

An underrated thing about Tsumino is the high image quality. Some of you might find the images load kind of slow, especially on a weaker internet connection, but that’s because Tsumino works hard to upload the highest quality image possible for each page.

The video section is still being worked on, but already has one of the best players you can ask for. It’s hard to find reliable 720p streams for hentai that doesn’t rape you with ads, so hopefully, Tsumino can keep this up even if the content’s a little outdated.

The hardcore community support should tell you Tsumino is one of the good ones. Lots of Rule 34, high-quality images, and a promising videos section means you should give Tsumino a try. I just hope it can last.
