I’ve done that, I’ve changed the mainstream results, in order to see some adult subreddits. And I haven’t been disappointed at all! As I said in the first paragraph, Reddit is well prepared when it comes to pornography. Some of the names that you are about to see in these NSFW tops are already added to my directory, while others aren’t. It’s up to you where you will go next. My advise for you would be to take them one by one, to see which will fit your needs. If it has enough votes, it will go on the RISING page and, in the end, if even more upvotes, it will go on the HOT page (the homepage). If you want to see, on any subreddit, which post has been the most upvoted in the past 24 hours, past week, past month or this year, hit the page which says TOP on it. Click!
