Top 10 Best Porn Parody Movies of All Time

Some porn is built to get you off in ninety seconds flat, and some is built to make you laugh first. Parody porn is the second kind, and when studios did it right, it was the most fun this industry ever produced: real sets, real scripts, real costumes, and performers clearly having a blast playing characters you have known since you were a kid.I have sat through more of these than any sane man should admit, and I keep coming back to the same handful. I am counting them down from ten to one, so the very best one is waiting for you at the end. Every film here earned its spot with trophies, sales, or pure mainstream chaos, and I will tell you which one paid its way in.

Chapter 1: What Makes a Great Porn Parody Worth Watching

My bar is simple. The film has to spoof something you actually know, look like real money on screen, and either win hardware or move serious units. Plenty of parodies nail the joke and forget to make an actual movie. The ten below did both. The genre is older than you think: a Batman spoof called Bat Pussy surfaced around 1970, possibly the earliest porn parody film ever made, and Flesh Gordon followed in 1974, a science fiction sex comedy made for about $470,000 that pulled in $5.3 million in rentals, proving a dirty spoof could be a commercial hit. It simmered through the nineties, then detonated in the 2000s.The industry made it official at the 2010 AVN Awards with a new Best Parody category. The first trophy ended in a tie between The Sex Files: A Dark XXX Parody and Not the Cosbys XXX.And then there is Axel Braun, son of Golden Age pioneer Lasse Braun and the most awarded director in adult film history: ten consecutive AVN Best Parody awards from 2011 through 2020, four Director of the Year trophies, and a June 2023 retirement after 33 years and more than 350 credits. The boom he built died the way booms do, as you can see from the endgame: Gamma Entertainment bought Wicked Pictures in December 2020, Vivid’s new production wound down around the same time, and the parody category has since vanished from recent AVN shows. His take on why people kept buying was pure Braun: “Some of them actually still pay for it.”

Chapter 2: This Ain’t Star Trek XXX and Deadpool XXX

10. This Ain’t Star Trek XXX (2009)

Hustler Video, 2009, directed by Axel Braun, written with Roger Krypton. Hustler’s flagship big budget parody and the anchor of their entire This Ain’t line, it spoofs Star Trek: The Original Series on full size Enterprise bridge sets built over weeks, with Evan Stone chopping off his hair to play Captain Kirk. Jada Fire played Uhura, Nick Manning played Khan, and Sasha Grey showed up as Chandra in one of her final adult roles. Stone took home the XBIZ 2010 Acting Performance of the Year trophy and the film was an AVN Best Parody nominee. You will recognize every inch of that bridge. It sits at ten because everything above it won more or sold more.

9. Deadpool XXX: An Axel Braun Parody (2018)

Wicked Pictures, Wicked Comix, 2018, Axel Braun directing, spoofing the merc with a mouth. Seth Gamble played Deadpool, Jessica Drake played Lady Deadpool, and Romi Rain turned up as Elektra. This is the most awarded parody of the late Wicked era: the 2019 AVN show gave it Best Parody, Braun’s ninth consecutive win in the category, plus Best Actor for Gamble, and XBIZ crowned it Comedy Release of the Year with a second acting trophy for him. A character this obnoxious was born for the format, and if you love the merc, this is your movie, but the films above it owned a bigger era.

Chapter 3: The Spider Man Parody and Justice League XXX

8. Spiderman XXX (2011)

Vivid, 2011, written by Axel Braun with Bryn Pryor and directed by Braun, this is the Spider Man parody that put the superhero formula on autopilot. Xander Corvus and Capri Anderson led the cast, the source characters got played straight, and the explicit content did the rest. It won AVN Best Parody Drama at the January 2012 show, and its success is the direct reason Vivid greenlit The Avengers XXX the same year. The win that proved Batman XXX was no fluke, and the reason you got an Avengers parody at all.

7. Justice League XXX: An Axel Braun Parody (2017)

Wicked Pictures, Wicked Comix, 2017, Axel Braun taking on DC’s biggest lineup. Romi Rain played Wonder Woman, Ryan Driller played Superman, Giovanni Francesco played Batman, and Charlotte Stokely as Batwoman. It walked out of the 2018 AVN show as the most awarded feature of the night with six wins, including Best Parody, Braun’s eighth consecutive trophy in the category, plus XBIZ Best Art Direction. A decade after Batman XXX kicked this off, the formula could still sweep a show.

Chapter 4: The Avengers XXX and The Dark Knight XXX

6. The Avengers XXX: A Porn Parody (2012)

Vivid, 2012, Axel Braun directing, timed to ride the biggest movie launch of the year. The trailer debuted exclusively on Gizmodo in April 2012 and the film landed on Vivid.com on May 1, right as the real Avengers were packing theaters. Lexington Steele played Nick Fury, and the late, great Chyna played She Hulk in a bit of casting Gizmodo called maybe the most appropriate in adult film history. Braun said on the record he wanted a more comics accurate lineup than the Hollywood version managed, and Dale DaBone earned an AVN Best Actor nomination at the 2013 show.

5. The Dark Knight XXX: A Porn Parody (2012)

Vivid, 2012, Axel Braun directing, his personal peak of the Vivid years. Giovanni Francesco played Batman and Bruce Wayne, Aiden Ashley played Catwoman, Penny Pax played Batgirl, and Tom Byron turned up as Commissioner Gordon. An AVN Best Parody Drama nominee at the 2013 show, but the mainstream praise piled up: reviewers raved about the “really phenomenal costumes”, NightMoves’ Art Koch gave it five out of five and called it “destined to be a porn film classic”, and a comment quoted by Australia’s News.com.au claimed the costumes “already look better than the Schumacher films”. Braun claimed it was shattering sales records. His numbers, not mine.

Chapter 5: Who’s Nailin’ Paylin? and Pirates

4. Who’s Nailin’ Paylin? (2008)

Hustler Video, 2008, directed by Jerome Tanner and produced by Larry Flynt, with Lisa Ann as Serra Paylin, Nina Hartley as Hilly and Jada Fire as Condi. Shot in two days with five hardcore scenes and released on Election Day, November 4, 2008, the most ruthless release date in adult film history. It never won a major award and never needed one, because you know this story whether you have seen it or not: this is the biggest mainstream press crossover in parody history. TMZ broke the story in October, Fox News put it on air with Megyn Kelly calling it disgusting and questioning its legality, and The Guardian swatted its “literary values” as “close to nil”. Lisa Ann rode the role to mainstream fame, retired in 2014, came back briefly in 2018, and even played Palin again in Eminem’s We Made You video.

3. Pirates (2005)

Digital Playground with Adam & Eve, 2005, written, produced and directed by Joone on the most expensive budget in porn to that point, per producer Samantha Lewis. It spoofs Pirates of the Caribbean, and here is the trivia: it is not an AVN Best Parody winner, because that category did not exist until 2010. It competed as a feature and won as one, taking eleven AVN Awards at the 2006 show, a record haul for a single film at the time, including Best Video Feature, Best Director, Best Actor for Evan Stone and Best Actress for Janine Lindemulder. The New York Times described it as a story of ragtag sailors hunting evil pirates with a plan for world domination, and Australia banned it over violent scenes that had nothing to do with the sex. Per IMDb’s awards listing it was the best selling title of the year two years running, and it top billed Jesse Jane, who we lost in January 2024. The film that proved a plot driven spoof could conquer the mainstream.

Chapter 6: Batman XXX: The One That Started It All

2. Batman XXX: A Porn Parody (2010)

Vivid, 2010, Axel Braun Productions with Braun writing, producing and directing, spoofing the campy 1966 Batman TV series. Tori Black and Dale DaBone led the cast, with Lexi Belle memorably playing Batgirl. Seven AVN Awards at the January 2011 show made it the most winning title of the entire ceremony, including the first Best Parody Comedy trophy ever handed out, and its success pushed Vivid to launch an entire parody line, the Vivid Superhero imprint, with Braun at the wheel. It lit the fuse on the whole parody decade, and the only film that beats it swept its own show even harder. Everything you love down this list traces back to it.

Chapter 7: Star Wars XXX: The King of the Genre

1. Star Wars XXX: A Porn Parody (2012)

Vivid Entertainment with Axel Braun Productions, 2012, Axel Braun directing, spoofing the Episode IV era of Star Wars. Allie Haze played Princess Leia, Seth Gamble played Luke Skywalker and Lexington Steele made a towering Darth Vader. Eight AVN Awards at the January 2013 show, including Best Parody Comedy and Best Director, plus AVN naming it the best selling and best renting movie of the year. XBIZ added Parody Release of the Year, Comedy, plus acting trophies for Haze and Gamble. Before a frame sold, AVN reported it was being touted as the biggest budget production in adult entertainment history, the first teaser cracked a million YouTube views, and Vivid’s Steven Hirsch predicted it would become the best selling adult parody ever. Mel Magazine reported in 2018 that it had reportedly moved more than 1.2 million DVDs, which would make it the all time highest selling adult movie in history. That figure is reported, not studio certified, but even half of it buries everything else here. Most awarded parody ever, best selling parody ever, made by the most awarded director in adult film. Not a debate.

Chapter 8: My Final Word and Where to Watch in 2026

Three films just missed the cut: Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge, the $8 million sequel that took XBIZ Movie of the Year for 2009; Not the Bradys XXX, winner of the XRCO’s Best Parody Comedy award; and Edward Penishands from 1991, one of the earliest adult parodies of a famous mainstream film and proof this genre predates the boom by two decades.Watching them legally in 2026 is simple. Vivid still sells streaming memberships on its own site, catalog full of the parodies on this list. The Wicked titles, Justice League XXX and Deadpool XXX, stream on Wicked.com and inside Adult Time since Gamma took over the library. Digital Playground runs its own streaming site with Pirates in it. Hustler runs Hustler Unlimited and licenses titles to VOD storefronts, and most of these films sit on AEBN right now. Every movie I named has a legal home, so you have no excuses. And when you want the sites themselves instead of single movies, I keep a ranked list of the best porn parody sites over on ThePornDude.vip. Start at number one and work down. The genre is gone as a production boom, but the movies remain, and they are still the most fun money ever spent in this business.
